Sound installation is based on authentic telephone conversations of political and military authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the moment when they are confronted with a situation of war.
It is one sonic illustration of historical events that took place in the telephone ether of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period 1991- 1992. Author erased all the names, places, and any identifying fact from telephone conversations, all what this installation is illustrating is how main actors really reacted to anarchy.
The name of this sound installation is coming from one military command that usually find its application during the state of emergency or situations of open war.
Materials of telephone conversations where found at the web – page of the International Court of Justice of UN, who exactly recorded materials is unknown.
