Učesnici/e ovog trilateralnog pilot projekta su bili prije svega studenti različitih naučnih oblasti koji su angažirani u lokalnim radijskim projektima. Četiri ugaone tačke kvadrata u koji je smješten projekt su bile slijedeće teme: medijska i radio-politička dimenzija; interkulturalni susreti; partnerstva i umrežavanje. Dok je na prvom susretu u Erfurtu u središtu pažnje stajala razmjena mišljenja o standardima kvalitete novinarskih radova, na drugom sastanku u Limoges-u veoma važnu ulogu imala je diskusija o ratnim iskustvima i osjećaju ratne krivnje, posebno nakon posjete memorijalnom centru u selu Oradour-sur-Glane. U Sarajevu se dosta govorilo o istorij-historiji-povjesti posebno zbog posjeta učesnicima rata i veteranima NOB-a i predstavnicima EUFOR-a gdje se govorilo i o trenutnoj situaciji u Sarajevu. Tjekom susreta mladi radio novinari su u trojezičnim timovima zajedno producirali radio emisiju koja je bila emitovana u Sarajevu, Erfurtu i u Limogesu.
Die Teilnehmer dieses trilateralen Pilotprojekts waren vor allem Studenten verschiedener Fachrichtungen, die sich in lokalen Radioprojekten engagieren. Die vier Eckpunkte des Quadrates, in dem das Projekt verortet war, waren die Folgenden: historische Betrachtung; medien- bzw. Rundfunkpolitische Dimension; interkulturelle Begegnung; Partnerschaften und Vernetzung. Während in der ersten Phase in Erfurt die Diskussion über gemeinsame Qualitätsstandards in der journalistischen Arbeit im Mittelpunkt stand, spielte in Limoges das Thema der konkreten Kriegserfahrung und der Umgang mit Kriegsschuld – insbesondere nach der Besichtigung der Gedenkstätte in Oradour-sur-Glane – innerhalb der Gruppe eine wichtige Rolle. In Sarajevo wurde viel über die Geschichte und die aktuelle Situation Sarajevos diskutiert, beispielsweise durch Treffen mit Kriegsteilnehmern und Vertretern der EUFOR. In den Begegnungen produzierten die Jugendlichen in dreisprachigen Teams gemeinsam jeweils eine dreisprachige Radiosendung. Die Sendungen wurden von den beteiligten Radiosendern ausgestrahlt.
Participants in this tri-national pilot project were primarily students from various areas of concentration involved in local radio projects. The four corners of the square in which the project was situated were as follows: historical consideration; the media- and radio-policy dimension; intercultural exchange; partnerships and networking. In the first phase of the project in Erfurt, attention centered around a discussion of common standards of quality in journalistic work. In Limoges, on the other hand – and particularly following the visit to the memorial in Oradour-sur-Glane – the group assigned an important role to the concrete experience of war, and to ways of dealing with war guilt. In Sarajevo, there was a great deal of discussion about the history and current situation of Sarajevo, for instance through meetings with former combatants and representatives of EUFOR. In each phase of the exchange, the young people worked together in trilingual teams to produce a trilingual radio show. These productions were broadcast by participating radio stations.
